Poorest Staff concerns …Apathetic behaviour. Non performing
I paid 45 K on 24/11/24 Four officers were changed after every tenth day I have yet to see my account .Officers dont pickup phone . If pick , they say shall call back ..none helps Worst Company.Applied for refund after 41 days Mr Waheed sales officer was nice till payment..later none bothers

Deactivate account
Its not resolved and they need my credit card number doing nothing. Its just I try to start my sons profile and I face the account is deactivated without I am outing nothing.
Then I call customer service did nothing just send me simple email shaadi. Com.
The after 6 hours I try to chat costumer service and they dont resolve wants credit card information. It this is begging how we will pay you and not get match but lot of facing problems is not good startup I am not paying first see how is your side work and website is familiar to me then I will pay you.

We have VIP Service for the third time. Service is at it's worst. They did not provide good matches. They had promised 3 per week. They don't answer phone when they had promised two calls per week.
We joined VIP Shaadi for the third time.
They did not provide 3 matches per week as promised. They are supposed to call 2 times per week; they don't.
When we call, there is no response. The excuses are: it's your counselors day off, they called off, there was a family emergency, or they are out of town etc. Asked for a refund several times. They have not responded.
The lady who took money and started our service until December or January with extentions for the time no one responded; she said their office in Mumbai was closed and she was fired.
I may have to seek legal help as no one seems to help us at all. - A.
