Im tired of logging in every time and then it says access denied . I have closed out of the app numerous times and tried again and again to log back on and Im unsuccessful.
I created an account for my son on the Shaadi.com app, and it was very simple. Setting up the profile and preferences was also easy.
When I had some questions, customer service was kind and helpful. They explained the premium plans, and after reading Shaadi.com reviews, we decided to upgrade. It was a great decision!
My son connected with several potential matches and found someone from our community. Were all happy and excited to plan their wedding now!
I don't like Shaadi customer service, I have been problem with 9 days now, No one fixed my problem, I have been chatting with customer support every day but still same problem, no one replay or fixed my problem it's very bad customer service and technical support experience. They don't know How to fixed problem.

They send me a pop up on my phone of the website but when I sign on, it says your account have been deactivated call the customer service. When I call the customer service the phone gets disconnected. When I try to chat it’s says you have to pay for that. I don’t understand what kind of game this is ?
